This error is generally caused by your Object Storage read-only key not having the “list all bucket names” permission. Delete the Backup Repository entry from Cloud IBR and create a new read-only key for your Object Storage bucket, making sure to give the key the ‘Allow listing all bucket names’ permission. The instructions are slightly different for each Object Storage vendor, which are explained in detail when you click Add Backup Repository and select the Backup Provider within Cloud IBR. Once you’ve added the Backup Repository to Cloud IBR, try running a recovery. If it still does not work, open a support ticket from within the Cloud IBR Recovery Session.
