There were no backups found in any repository

There are several reasons this issue might occur. Please see each article below to determine which might apply to you.

1. If you just upgraded to Veeam v13:
   • Cloud IBR Support for Veeam v13
2. If you are running Veeam v13 and a SOBR:
   • There were no backups found in any repository when using a Scale Out Backup Repository (SOBR) with Veeam v13
3. If you have Automatic Bucket create enabled, which is the default in v12.3 and above:
   • There were no backups found in any repository with Automatic Bucket Creation enabled
4. If you are using a SOBR and have encryption enabled at both the backup job level and SOBR offload level:
   • There were no backups found in any repository when using a Scale-Out-Backup-Repository (SOBR) with double encryption enabled
